Before we begin, I need to know where you’ve been. What’s worked, what hasn’t, what are the key things you want to see change. We’ll take a look at what a typical day looks like right now, what habits you have in place, what foods you eat and what symptoms you are dealing with.
The more you share, the more we have to work with and build from. Your experiences are valuable pieces of information. We’ll use what’s worked for you in the past and leave the rest giving us a clear roadmap for where your body needs more support and how to give it just that.
Get Started Call:
Bring everything to this call, your excitement, your worries, your hopes and dreams. Let’s take it all out and take a look at it. We’ll find your strengths, your nutritional needs, design our coaching relationship, and get laser-focused on your goals and why you want to get there. We’ll start to see what you can look and feel like when you reach those goals.
This session sets the foundation for the entire package. We’ll refer back to it often to ensure you are reaching the goals you set.
I am here for you every step of the way. I’ll be your cheerleader, but also be able to give you an outside perspective to keep you from giving up when it gets hard, and ensure you keep moving forward towards the goals you want.
